Hoesephine

DJ Hoesephine is a 23-year-old female DJ from the Netherlands. She attended her first techno party back in 2018. Over the next few years, she became a loyal partygoer. 

When the COVID pandemic began, she made the decision to purchase her own mixer. 

Always curious about the experience of playing her favorite tracks in front of a crowd, she started playing at small house parties after 1,5 years of dedicated practice. Her preferred genre was hard and fast techno. As COVID restrictions eased, she seized the opportunity to perform at larger parties organized by her friends. 

In 2022, she won a DJ contest, marking her first booking outside of her immediate friend group. In 2023, she expanded her reach, playing at radio stations and participating in significant events across the Netherlands and Belgium. Throughout this journey, her musical style evolved from hard techno to fast, groovy, melodic rythms. Most importantly, it became a dynamic mix of various styles.
