Melody Garden is a festival brought to you by Mystic Garden Festival. Melody Garden aims to give the melodic genre the attention it deserves, at the wonderful Thuishaven Terrein, Amsterdam. From dreamy drifts to primal beats, this compact festival is crafted for music lovers seeking an enchanting experience in a cozy and vibrant setting.

Melody Garden Winter is a semi-outdoor festival at Thuishaven, Amsterdam - an intimate gathering with two stages carrying you through a full day of melodic techno and euphoric trance. Both stages are fully covered and indoor, keeping you warm and dry as you dance from noon till night!

Wander the outdoor area between the stages and you’ll stumble upon enchanting décor and playful winter activities.

The festival begins at 13.00 and ends at 23.00.

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring our festival to life! Not only will you get an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience, but we’ll also thank you with a spot on the guest list.

Helping out for more than one shift? Then you’ll earn extra tokens for a well-deserved drink!

Third party tickets? We only work together with Ticketswap. If you want to buy tickets from a third party or want to sell your tickets, you can do that on www.ticketswap.nl. If you buy or sell a ticket somewhere else than our own ticketshop or Ticketswap we can't help you with any questions or problems.

After you have completed your purchase, you can personalize your entrance tickets. You will see the option to do this directly in your browser, and you will also receive a confirmation email in your inbox that contains a personalization link. 

1. Click on 'personalize'.
2. Click on the dots next to a ticket and choose whether to claim the ticket yourself or send it to a friend so that he/she can personalize the ticket.

Reselling tickets?
Do you want to resell one of your purchased tickets? This can only be done via Ticketswap. From the personalization module of your order, you can follow the steps to sell your ticket through Ticketswap.

Two days before the festival, on November 27th, you’ll be able to download your entry tickets. Please note that the tickets must be personalized for this. Add-on tickets, such as parking, lockers, and shuttle bus tickets, don’t need personalization and can be downloaded immediately.

If you wish to resell your ticket, this can only be done via Ticketswap. From the personalization module in your order, you can follow the steps to sell your ticket through Ticketswap.

Lost your ticket?
Please go to this website and ask them to send your tickets again by filling in your e-mail address and the AT-code. You can find the AT-code on the payment details of your bankaccount.

By bicycle
For those of you choosing to come by bike (in traditional Dutch style!), there is a parking area specifically for bikes near the entrance of Thuishaven.

By car
The navigation address for the parking is Contactweg 68, 1014 BW Amsterdam. Thuishaven has a few parking spots available. For a guaranteed, hassle‑free experience, it’s best to reserve via ParkBee - Thuishaven Isolatorweg.

By public transport 
Thuishaven is very easy to reach by public transport. Take Metro Line 51, 53, or 54 to Station Lelylaan or Sloterdijk. From there, take Bus 22 or Bus 21 to stop 'Contactweg'. Walk about 10 minutes to Thuishaven.

Alternatively, take Metro Line 50 or 51 to Station Isolatorweg, then walk about 15–20 minutes to Thuishaven. 

Always check 9292.nl or Google Maps for live schedules and routes.

The festival grounds at Thuishaven are mostly wheelchair accessible, with level paths and access to indoor & outdoor areas. There’s a designated wheelchair-accessible parking spot, plus several other spots nearby. Check their website for more information.

Lockers
There are lockers available to rent during the festival. These are available at the Thuishaven terrein, and cannot be purchased in advanced.

Tokens
Consumption tokens can be purchased using cash, PIN or credit card. It is not possible to refund the tokens or use them at an upcoming event.

Food
There will be a variety of food available for purchase at the event. External food and drinks are prohibited unless there is a doctor's note detailing your medical condition and the necessity of the food/drink that you will have with you.

Cigarettes
There are no cigarettes for sale at the festival. So bring enough before you enter the festival.

E-cigarettes
E-cigarettes are permitted. But you cannot bring new refills.

Drugs
Drug use is strictly prohibited. Expect to be checked thoroughly by security at the entrance.

Melody Garden is an 18+ festival.
That means only people who are 18 or older can get acces at our festival. We want to welcome each one of you but we can't make an exception for this. You will not get acces if you are 17 or younger. not even if your birthday is the day after the festival. Your ID will be checked at the entrance.
