Lost your ticket?

Please go to this website. You can resend your tickets by entering your email address and AT-code. The AT-code can be found in your bank payment details.

If you're still experiencing issues, please contact hallo@ihavegotaticket.com

After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to personalize your order. You can also do this directly after checkout.

• Click Personalize.
• Claim your own ticket or send it to a friend to personalize theirs.
• Once all entry tickets have been personalized, you can download them.

Please note: Only entry tickets need to be personalized. Lockers, parking tickets and other add-ons do not.

How does it work?

Enter through the Fast Lane Entrance and collect your wristband after your ticket has been scanned. Your wristband gives you access to the Industry Deck throughout the day.

Your locker can be collected at the locker desk near the festival entrance by scanning your ticket.

At the backstage bar you can pay with festival tokens, just like at the other bars on site.

Yes, ADE Pro Pass holders can access the festival. Please note that capacity is limited. If the festival reaches full capacity, you'll be able to enter as soon as other visitors leave the venue.

The festival is easy to reach by bike, car or shuttle bus from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station.

Mystic Garden Festival ADE is 18+. You must be 18 years or older on the day of the festival to enter. No exceptions will be made.

Please bring a valid ID, as it will be checked at the entrance.

By bike
Coming by bike? Follow the navigation to Dortmuiden.

Bike parking is available near the festival entrance. Please park your bike in the designated area. Bikes parked elsewhere may be removed by the Municipality of Amsterdam.

Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses run between Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station and the festival from 12:30 until all visitors have left.

• Round trip tickets available online from €11.00 (ex. service fee).
• Departure: Rhoneweg, near bus stop Kastrupstraat.
• Exit through the main entrance of Sloterdijk Station and follow the signs.

By car
We recommend travelling by bike, public transport or shuttle bus, but if you're coming by car, navigate to: Westpoortweg 10, Amsterdam (A5, Exit 3)

Parking tickets are available online and at the entrance. Your parking ticket is valid until 01:00 after the festival.

Good to know
- Fully electric vehicles park free of charge (show your registration certificate).
- Do not leave valuables in your car.
- Parking is at your own risk.

Taxi, Uber & Kiss + Ride

- Kiss + Ride: Jarmuiden 35 (A5, Exit 3)
- Taxi, Uber & Tour Operators: Australiëhavenweg 331 (A5, Exit 3)

Please note: All vehicles must use Exit 3. Exit 2 is closed for festival traffic.

Mystic Garden x Dockyard Festival ADE is an outdoor festival. All stages are covered by heated tents, but October weather can be unpredictable. We recommend dressing in layers and checking the forecast before you leave.

Lockers

Lockers are available to buy online or at the festival. Book your locker online until Thursday 22 October, 09:00. After that, we need time to prepare all locker codes. Lockers will still be available on-site, subject to availability, but at a higher price.

E-bike batteries are not allowed on the festival grounds. They can be stored in dedicated battery lockers at the Guest Desk.

Food & drinks

A variety of food and drinks is available throughout the festival. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed, unless it's for medical reasons. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you.

Tokens

Save money by purchasing your festival tokens online in advance via the ticketshop. Pre-sale tokens are cheaper than buying them on-site. On site, you can buy festival tokens by card or cash. 

Tokens are non-refundable and only valid during this event. 

Smoking & vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside tents or covered areas. Cigarettes are not sold at the festival, so make sure to bring your own. E-cigarettes are allowed, but extra refills are not. 

Drugs

Mystic Garden Festival has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Security checks will take place at the entrance.

Breast pump station

A private breast pump station is available at the First Aid post.

Alpine earplugs are available for purchase at mobiles sales points and at our merchandise stand. Wearing earplugs at music events is essential for preventing hearing damage.

Mystic Garden Festival ADE is accessible by bike, shuttle bus or car.
- Bike: A bicycle parking area is available near the entrance and is suitable for regular bikes, e-bikes, tricycles and cargo bikes.
- Shuttle bus: Shuttle buses from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station are wheelchair accessible and stop close to the festival entrance. Accessible routes are available from the drop-off point.
- Car: Accessible parking spaces are available for visitors with a valid disabled parking permit. Fully electric vehicles can park free of charge upon showing their registration certificate.
- Kiss & Ride: The Kiss & Ride is approximately 900 metres from the entrance. Need to be dropped off closer to the festival? Please contact us in advance via toegankelijkheid@mysticgardenfestival.nl.

A wheelchair-accessible entrance is available on the right-hand side of the main entrance and is clearly marked with the accessibility symbol. The entrance is 90cm in width. All visitors are welcome to use this entrance.

Mystic Garden Festival welcomes wheelchair users. Most of the festival grounds are accessible via paved paths and temporary flooring, with plenty of space to enjoy the music.

Please note that mobility scooters are not permitted on the festival grounds. Electric wheelchairs are welcome.

Accessible toilets are available throughout the festival, with at least one at each toilet area. An additional accessible toilet is located at the First Aid post, where assistance is available if needed.

Please note that our accessible toilets are portable units due to the nature of the festival site.

Guide and assistance dogs are legally allowed at the festival. However, due to the loud music, large crowds and busy environment, we strongly advise against bringing your dog for its wellbeing and safety. This recommendation follows the guidance of the Royal Dutch Guide Dog Foundation (KNGF).

Need to bring medication or your own food for medical reasons? That's allowed.

Please bring a medical certificate and keep your medication or dietary food in its original packaging. Show these at the entrance when requested.

Need a moment away from the crowds? You're welcome at the First Aid post, where you can take a break in a quieter environment. Our team is there to support you if needed.

Help us keep the festival clean. When you enter, you'll receive a recycle token.

- Exchange your token for your first drink.
- Return your empty cup or bottle when ordering your next drink, or hand in your recycle token.
- No cup or token? You'll pay an extra ½ festival token.

All cups are collected separately and recycled into new products. Even our recycle tokens are made from recycled fishing nets. 

Please help us keep the festival clean by using the correct bins.

- Plastic & residual waste can be separated throughout the festival.
- At the food courts, you'll also find bins for compostable waste. Plates, cutlery and napkins are biodegradable, so please dispose of them in the compost bin. 

Over 70% of our food menu is vegetarian. Better for the planet, just as tasty, and never more expensive than the meat option.

The most sustainable way to get to the festival is by bike, public transport or shuttle bus.

Bike parking is free, and shuttle buses run between Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station and the festival throughout the day.

Sustainability is part of everything we do, even behind the scenes.

We reduce energy use by working with LED lighting, battery systems powered by green electricity and biofuel where needed. We also minimise transport by working with local suppliers whenever possible.

Behind the scenes, we separate multiple waste streams for recycling, and most of our decorations are reused or made from reusable materials.

Travelling with a group by coach? Register in advance via touroperator@mysticgardenfestival.nl to receive route information and parking details.

- Navigation: Australiëhavenweg 331, Amsterdam (A5, Exit 3)
- Coaches can drop off passengers close to the entrance.
- Coach parking is free, and your bus can remain on-site during the festival.

Tip: Arrive before 14:00 to avoid traffic and queues.
